Maurice has a AAS in Electronic Engineering from Westwood College and worked for Lockheed Martin for 3 years as a small systems engineer. Previously, Maurice also worked for 14 years at Publication Printers managing their digital printing department. When Maurice began investing in real estate in 2019, he knew he wanted to do so with a strong purpose.

As CEO & Founder of WCS Property Solutions, Maurice led the team in purchasing 16 properties using creative finance strategies, completed about 47 real estate transactions to-date. His most important role, however, is being a proud father to three kids Dejza, Micah and Mauriah.
